PEL-2000A可(ke)編程直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)子負(fu)(fu)(fu)載(zai)(zai),此電(dian)(dian)子負(fu)(fu)(fu)載(zai)(zai)可(ke)以(yi)工作在(zai)定電(dian)(dian)流(liu)、定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、定電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)模(mo)式下,還可(ke)仿(fang)真各(ge)種(zhong)動態負(fu)(fu)(fu)載(zai)(zai)狀況,透過序列(lie)功能進行(xing)負(fu)(fu)(fu)載(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)(dian)流(liu)、負(fu)(fu)(fu)載(zai)(zai)的上升及下降斜率、電(dian)(dian)流(liu)準位、持續(xu)時(shi)間等(deng)參數來編輯負(fu)(fu)(fu)載(zai)(zai)波形(xing),同(tong)時(shi)提供外(wai)部(bu)波形(xing)信號控制以(yi)及V&I監測功能,測試參數及狀態的存儲可(ke)高(gao)達120組,系統可(ke)根據自動測試需(xu)求,隨時(shi)由儀(yi)器內(nei)部(bu)的儲存單元EEPROM中呼叫出來使用。

A. AUTOMATICALLY SEQUENCE FUNCTION

定(ding)(ding)電(dian)壓模(mo)式下負載單(dan)元(yuan)保(bao)持電(dian)壓不變同(tong)時吸取電(dian)流(liu),在定(ding)(ding)電(dian)壓模(mo)式下,單(dan)信(xin)道負載其(qi)可(ke)以設(she)(she)定(ding)(ding)A & B兩個值(zhi)以及限(xian)制的電(dian)流(liu)值(zhi),亦可(ke)透過(guo)負載模(mo)塊的前面板A/B鍵(jian)來切換并選擇A或(huo) B的測試(shi)條件。雙(shuang)信(xin)道負載只能設(she)(she)定(ding)(ding)一個條件值(zhi)(A值(zhi)),在CV模(mo)式下可(ke)以設(she)(she)定(ding)(ding)響應(ying)時間的快(kuai)慢。

 

 

C.V.+C.C. ( 恒壓+恒流模式 )
在定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)模(mo)式(shi)(shi)下,可(ke)(ke)設定(ding)一個電(dian)(dian)流限制(zhi),可(ke)(ke)進入(ru)CV+CC模(mo)式(shi)(shi)。當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸入(ru)大于A值,并且輸入(ru)電(dian)(dian)流低(di)于限制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,信(xin)道運行(xing)在CV模(mo)式(shi)(shi),當電(dian)(dian)流大于限制(zhi)時,信(xin)道將進入(ru)CC模(mo)式(shi)(shi)。

 

 

C.R. ( 定電阻模式 )
定(ding)電(dian)阻(zu)模式下負載(zai)單元吸收(shou)成線性比例的(de)(de)電(dian)流與(yu)電(dian)壓以匹配所設定(ding)的(de)(de)電(dian)阻(zu)值。單通道(dao)。單通道(dao)有兩(liang)種值,2個檔位及(ji)上(shang)升(sheng)與(yu)下降(jiang)轉(zhuan)換速率。和CC模式一樣定(ding)電(dian)阻(zu)支(zhi)持動(dong)態與(yu)靜態負載(zai),和其他負載(zai)一樣,CR模式支(zhi)持GO/NG功能(neng)。

 

C. PARALLEL DYNAMIC LOADING

 

PEL-2000A主控的(de)每(mei)個通道都可(ke)(ke)以并(bing)(bing)聯使(shi)用(yong),并(bing)(bing)可(ke)(ke)操作在動態(tai)(tai)與靜態(tai)(tai)模式下。在動態(tai)(tai)模式下,負(fu)載可(ke)(ke)設定兩個準位,兩準位之間的(de)延遲最小可(ke)(ke)設定為0.025ms。當信道并(bing)(bing)聯使(shi)用(yong)時,動態(tai)(tai)測(ce)試必須(xu)要(yao)同(tong)步。透過并(bing)(bing)聯可(ke)(ke)有效的(de)執行(xing)動態(tai)(tai)高功率(lv)負(fu)載,無需采用(yong)大功率(lv)的(de)負(fu)載機(ji)來提供。

 

D. FRAME LINK

 

PEL-2000A系列可透過負載控制接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)口(kou),連接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)多個電子負載,接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)面均為標準的MIL20-pin接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)口(kou),最多可以將4個副控機(ji)框與(yu)第一(yi)主(zhu)機(ji)框相互(hu)并接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)。

 

E. RUN PROGRAM

 

在編(bian)(bian)程(cheng)序(xu)列模式下(xia),共有12組(zu)編(bian)(bian)程(cheng)序(xu)列,每一組(zu)程(cheng)序(xu)中有10個序(xu)列,透過編(bian)(bian)輯參(can)數可(ke)進行重(zhong)復測試(shi),運行完成后,所有的測試(shi)結(jie)果包(bao)含GO/NG判斷結(jie)果將會全部(bu)顯示在窗口(kou)上。

G. Von VOLTAGE SETTINGS

 

Von Voltage指負(fu)載開(kai)(kai)始(shi)吸(xi)(xi)取電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)時(shi)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。Von Voltage共有兩(liang)種操(cao)作模(mo)式:Von Latched 開(kai)(kai) 及 Von Latched 關 。當(dang)Von Latched開(kai)(kai),當(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)值(zhi)達到Von電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),負(fu)載開(kai)(kai)始(shi)吸(xi)(xi)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),且電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低于(yu)Von電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),仍然持續吸(xi)(xi)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。Von Latched 關,電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)值(zhi)達到Von電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開(kai)(kai)始(shi)吸(xi)(xi)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),但當(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)值(zhi)低于(yu)Von電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),停止吸(xi)(xi)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。如圖:Von Latched被設置(zhi)為關閉時(shi),若(ruo)Von-Voltage限制(zhi)已超過,負(fu)載模(mo)塊將開(kai)(kai)始(shi)吸(xi)(xi)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),直(zhi)至輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下(xia)降于(yu)Von-Voltage限制(zhi)時(shi),才會停止吸(xi)(xi)收電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。
