產品敘述
固緯電子(zi)(zi)新(xin)推出的(de)PEL-3000E系列(lie)是一(yi)款(kuan)(kuan)可程式單通道電子(zi)(zi)負載,PEL-3031E提供(gong)(gong)300W(1V~150V/60A))的(de)電壓/電流/電阻(zu)/功(gong)率吸汲(ji)能力(li)。承襲PEL-3000系列(lie)的(de)LCD面(mian)板及(ji)操作界面(mian),操作簡單,視覺上一(yi)目了然。此(ci)款(kuan)(kuan)為固緯針(zhen)對中低功(gong)率電子(zi)(zi)元器件(jian)、電池、行(xing)動電源、電源類產品應用需求所提供(gong)(gong)的(de)高速且精(jing)準量測測試(shi)機(ji)種。
PEL-3000E系(xi)列適(shi)用(yong)于60mA以上電(dian)流吸汲及測量(liang)應用(yong),包(bao)含charger/ Adaptor和各種電(dian)源(yuan)供(gong)應單元及便攜(xie)式充電(dian)裝置(zhi)的量(liang)測應用(yong)。
PEL-3000E提(ti)供了七種(zhong)(zhong)操(cao)作(zuo)模(mo)式(shi)與三(san)種(zhong)(zhong)動(dong)作(zuo)功(gong)能(neng)(neng),這七種(zhong)(zhong)操(cao)作(zuo)模(mo)式(shi)分別為定(ding)(ding)電(dian)流、定(ding)(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)、定(ding)(ding)電(dian)阻、定(ding)(ding)功(gong)率等四種(zhong)(zhong)基本操(cao)作(zuo)模(mo)式(shi)再加上定(ding)(ding)電(dian)流+定(ding)(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)、定(ding)(ding)電(dian)阻+定(ding)(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)、定(ding)(ding)功(gong)率+定(ding)(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)模(mo)式(shi),使用者可依照產(chan)品(pin)的(de)需求選擇不同的(de)操(cao)作(zuo)模(mo)式(shi)后再選擇其動(dong)作(zuo)方式(shi) ; 而三(san)種(zhong)(zhong)動(dong)作(zuo)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)分別為靜態(Static)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)、動(dong)態功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(Dynamic) 與 Sequence功(gong)能(neng)(neng),可以(yi)分別使用在一個固定(ding)(ding)負載吸汲(ji)條件,兩(liang)個吸汲(ji)條件之間切(qie)換和二個以(yi)上吸汲(ji)條件間切(qie)換的(de)測試場(chang)合。
Sequence功能允許使用(yong)(yong)(yong)者(zhe)設定復雜的(de)(de)(de)負(fu)載吸汲(ji)條件。可供(gong)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)者(zhe)依序設定不同(tong)吸汲(ji)條件及(ji)(ji)時(shi)間來建立一系列(lie)的(de)(de)(de)吸汲(ji)條件,并依照所設定的(de)(de)(de)條件循序執行。例如: 電(dian)動(dong)工(gong)具模(mo)擬(ni)測試(shi)。使用(yong)(yong)(yong)示(shi)波(bo)器及(ji)(ji)電(dian)流探棒的(de)(de)(de)測量,紀錄電(dian)動(dong)工(gong)具操作(zuo)時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)流波(bo)形,經由電(dian)子負(fu)載sequence參(can)數(shu)設定來產生(sheng)模(mo)擬(ni)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)流波(bo)形,供(gong)工(gong)程(cheng)人員分析(xi)所提供(gong)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)源(yuan)裝置是(shi)否可正常(chang)供(gong)給(gei)電(dian)動(dong)工(gong)具運作(zuo)。
Soft start功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)可(ke)供使用者決定以(yi)多(duo)少時間到達電子(zi)負(fu)(fu)載(zai)所設定的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)/電流(liu)/電阻/功(gong)(gong)(gong)率吸汲(ji)值。一般(ban)的(de)DC load沒有Soft start功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng),當進行高速吸汲(ji)電流(liu)的(de)控(kong)制(zhi)時,因(yin)為外部負(fu)(fu)載(zai)線的(de)電感量效(xiao)應,所以(yi)在(zai)電子(zi)負(fu)(fu)載(zai)輸入端(duan)產(chan)(chan)生瞬(shun)間壓(ya)(ya)降,因(yin)此造(zao)成輸出電壓(ya)(ya)Non-monotonic increase. 而透過PEL-3000E的(de)soft start功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)不僅輸出電壓(ya)(ya)可(ke)以(yi)滿足Monotonic increase,而且可(ke)避免Inrush current及(ji)surge voltage在(zai)待測物端(duan)的(de)產(chan)(chan)生。例如(ru): 利(li)用power supply+ LED+ DC load(啟(qi)動Soft start)可(ke)避免Inrush current及(ji)surge voltage對(dui)LED造(zao)成損害(hai)。
UVP過低輸入電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)保(bao)護(hu)功能可應(ying)用(yong)于電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)測(ce)試,當電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的工作電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低于UVP的設定值時停止對電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian),藉以(yi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)。CutOff Time可以(yi)供(gong)(gong)使用(yong)者(zhe)預先設定吸汲(ji)(ji)時間,時間到(dao)了截止吸汲(ji)(ji)。除此之外(wai)PEL-3000E系列提(ti)供(gong)(gong)模(mo)擬控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(Analog Control)端(duan)子。供(gong)(gong)使用(yong)者(zhe)以(yi)外(wai)部電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya), 外(wai)部電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu), 開關控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)PEL-3000E,也可從模(mo)擬控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(Analog Control)端(duan)子監控(kong)(kong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子負載吸汲(ji)(ji)狀況及警報等。
