PEL-2000A可(ke)(ke)編(bian)程直流(liu)電(dian)子(zi)負載(zai)(zai)(zai),此電(dian)子(zi)負載(zai)(zai)(zai)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)工作在(zai)定電(dian)流(liu)、定電(dian)壓、定電(dian)阻(zu)模式(shi)下,還可(ke)(ke)仿真各(ge)種動態負載(zai)(zai)(zai)狀(zhuang)況,透(tou)過序列功能進行負載(zai)(zai)(zai)電(dian)壓、電(dian)流(liu)、負載(zai)(zai)(zai)的(de)上(shang)升及下降(jiang)斜率(lv)、電(dian)流(liu)準(zhun)位、持續時間等(deng)參數來編(bian)輯負載(zai)(zai)(zai)波(bo)形,同時提(ti)供外部(bu)波(bo)形信號控制以(yi)及V&I監測功能,測試(shi)(shi)參數及狀(zhuang)態的(de)存儲(chu)可(ke)(ke)高達120組,系統(tong)可(ke)(ke)根據自(zi)動測試(shi)(shi)需(xu)求(qiu),隨時由儀器內部(bu)的(de)儲(chu)存單(dan)元EEPROM中呼叫(jiao)出來使(shi)用。

A. AUTOMATICALLY SEQUENCE FUNCTION
每個通(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)可以(yi)單獨(du)設置快(kuai)速(su)(su)序列(lie),每通(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)多(duo)(duo)(duo)可以(yi)建立120個點、延(yan)遲時(shi)間等(deng),每一(yi)步階(jie)小可設定為(wei)100us。在相(xiang)同(tong)的(de)(de)控(kong)制(zhi)模(mo)式(shi)下,可以(yi)同(tong)時(shi)進行多(duo)(duo)(duo)通(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)序列(lie)控(kong)制(zhi),并(bing)模(mo)擬(ni)交換式(shi)電源供應(ying)器(qi)加載行為(wei),這是PEL-2000A系列(lie)強而有力(li)的(de)(de)特征之一(yi),可運(yun)用在多(duo)(duo)(duo)通(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)輸出電源供應(ying)器(qi)的(de)(de)模(mo)擬(ni)。在動態模(mo)式(shi)下,負(fu)載電流或脈沖負(fu)載電阻其(qi)兩個預置準(zhun)位的(de)(de)條件設置速(su)(su)度,每一(yi)步階(jie)可達25us,這通(tong)常是作(zuo)為(wei)標準(zhun)測(ce)試程(cheng)序,以(yi)驗證(zheng)負(fu)載快(kuai)速(su)(su)變化的(de)(de)響應(ying)。

B. MULTIPLE OPERATING MODE
C.C. ( 定電(dian)流運作(zuo)模式 )
定電(dian)(dian)流模式下,負載單元根據所設(she)置的值吸入電(dian)(dian)流量(liang),無論(lun)電(dian)(dian)壓多大,電(dian)(dian)流保持(chi)不變。CC模式下共有(you)兩個(ge)檔位(wei):高(HI)與(yu)低(di)(di)(LOW)檔位(wei),低(di)(di)檔位(wei)的分辨率(lv)比高檔位(wei)高,用(yong)于精密測試,當電(dian)(dian)流超(chao)出低(di)(di)檔位(wei)范(fan)圍時就需切(qie)換配置文件位(wei)zhigao檔位。PEL-2000A系列可程序(xu)直流(liu)電子負(fu)載(zai),低范圍所(suo)能承受的(de)(de)功率為該型(xing)號大的(de)(de)額定功率。CC模式(shi)(shi)下(xia)包(bao)含(han)靜(jing)態(tai)(tai)(tai)與動態(tai)(tai)(tai)兩(liang)個(ge)主要模式(shi)(shi),靜(jing)態(tai)(tai)(tai)模式(shi)(shi)用(yong)于穩(wen)定測試,動態(tai)(tai)(tai)模式(shi)(shi)用(yong)于測試瞬(shun)間負(fu)載(zai),在動態(tai)(tai)(tai)與靜(jing)態(tai)(tai)(tai)下(xia)也可使用(yong)Go /No Go 功能。
C.V. ( 定(ding)電壓運(yun)作(zuo)模(mo)式 )
定(ding)(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)模式(shi)下(xia)負(fu)載(zai)(zai)單(dan)元保持(chi)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)不(bu)變同(tong)時(shi)吸(xi)取電(dian)流,在定(ding)(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)模式(shi)下(xia),單(dan)信(xin)道(dao)負(fu)載(zai)(zai)其可以(yi)設(she)定(ding)(ding)A & B兩個(ge)值(zhi)(zhi)以(yi)及限制(zhi)的(de)(de)電(dian)流值(zhi)(zhi),亦可透(tou)過負(fu)載(zai)(zai)模塊的(de)(de)前面板A/B鍵(jian)來切換并選擇A或 B的(de)(de)測試條件。雙信(xin)道(dao)負(fu)載(zai)(zai)只能設(she)定(ding)(ding)一(yi)個(ge)條件值(zhi)(zhi)(A值(zhi)(zhi)),在CV模式(shi)下(xia)可以(yi)設(she)定(ding)(ding)響應時(shi)間的(de)(de)快慢。
C.V.+C.C. ( 恒壓+恒流模(mo)式(shi) )
在定電(dian)(dian)壓模式(shi)下,可設(she)定一個(ge)電(dian)(dian)流限(xian)制(zhi),可進入(ru)CV+CC模式(shi)。當(dang)(dang)電(dian)(dian)壓輸(shu)入(ru)大于(yu)(yu)A值,并(bing)且輸(shu)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)流低于(yu)(yu)限(xian)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),信(xin)道運行在CV模式(shi),當(dang)(dang)電(dian)(dian)流大于(yu)(yu)限(xian)制(zhi)時(shi),信(xin)道將進入(ru)CC模式(shi)。
C.R. ( 定電阻模(mo)式 )
定(ding)電阻模(mo)式下負載(zai)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)吸收成線性比(bi)例的電流與(yu)電壓以匹配所設(she)定(ding)的電阻值。單(dan)(dan)通道。單(dan)(dan)通道有(you)兩種值,2個檔位及上升與(yu)下降(jiang)轉換(huan)速率(lv)。和CC模(mo)式一(yi)樣定(ding)電阻支(zhi)持動態(tai)與(yu)靜態(tai)負載(zai),和其他負載(zai)一(yi)樣,CR模(mo)式支(zhi)持GO/NG功能。
C. PARALLEL DYNAMIC LOADING
PEL-2000A主(zhu)控的每個(ge)(ge)通道都可以并(bing)聯使用(yong),并(bing)可操作在動(dong)(dong)態(tai)與靜態(tai)模式下。在動(dong)(dong)態(tai)模式下,負(fu)載(zai)可設定兩個(ge)(ge)準(zhun)位,兩準(zhun)位之間的延遲(chi)小可設定為0.025ms。當信道并(bing)聯使用(yong)時(shi),動(dong)(dong)態(tai)測試(shi)必須要同(tong)步(bu)。透過(guo)并(bing)聯可有效的執(zhi)行動(dong)(dong)態(tai)高功率(lv)(lv)負(fu)載(zai),無(wu)需采用(yong)大功率(lv)(lv)的負(fu)載(zai)機來提(ti)供。
D. FRAME LINK
PEL-2000A系列(lie)可(ke)透過負載控制接(jie)口,連接(jie)多(duo)個電子負載,接(jie)面均為標準的MIL20-pin接(jie)口,多(duo)可(ke)以將4個副控機框(kuang)與diyi主機框相互并(bing)接。
E. RUN PROGRAM
在編(bian)程序(xu)(xu)列模式(shi)下,共有(you)12組編(bian)程序(xu)(xu)列,每一組程序(xu)(xu)中有(you)10個序(xu)(xu)列,透過編(bian)輯(ji)參(can)數可進行重復測試(shi),運行完成后,所有(you)的測試(shi)結果包含GO/NG判斷結果將會全部(bu)顯示在窗口上。

G. Von VOLTAGE SETTINGS
Von Voltage指(zhi)負載(zai)開(kai)始吸(xi)(xi)(xi)取電(dian)流時的(de)電(dian)壓。Von Voltage共有兩種操作模式:Von Latched 開(kai) 及 Von Latched 關 。當(dang)Von Latched開(kai),當(dang)電(dian)壓值(zhi)達(da)到(dao)Von電(dian)壓時,負載(zai)開(kai)始吸(xi)(xi)(xi)入(ru)電(dian)流,且電(dian)壓低(di)于(yu)Von電(dian)壓時,仍然持續吸(xi)(xi)(xi)入(ru)電(dian)流。Von Latched 關,電(dian)壓值(zhi)達(da)到(dao)Von電(dian)壓時,開(kai)始吸(xi)(xi)(xi)入(ru)電(dian)流,但當(dang)電(dian)壓值(zhi)低(di)于(yu)Von電(dian)壓時,停(ting)止吸(xi)(xi)(xi)入(ru)電(dian)流。如圖:Von Latched被設置為關閉時,若Von-Voltage限(xian)(xian)制已超過,負載(zai)模塊將開(kai)始吸(xi)(xi)(xi)入(ru)電(dian)流,直至輸出電(dian)壓下(xia)降于(yu)Von-Voltage限(xian)(xian)制時,才會停(ting)止吸(xi)(xi)(xi)收電(dian)流。
H. EXTERNAL CHANNEL CONTROL
透(tou)過后面板(ban)對應通道的(de)(de)6針插(cha)槽,可監(jian)(jian)測(ce)每(mei)個通道的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)狀況,包(bao)括輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)、負(fu)載(zai)的(de)(de)On/Off,以及CC與(yu)CV模式的(de)(de)設定。電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)監(jian)(jian)測(ce)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu),(VMON) 與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)監(jian)(jian)測(ce)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu) (IMON),所(suo)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)的(de)(de)負(fu)載(zai)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和(he)負(fu)載(zai)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)是其所(suo)占全(quan)(quan)刻度(du)的(de)(de)百(bai)分比,如0V=0%全(quan)(quan)刻度(du)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),10V=100%全(quan)(quan)刻度(du)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)監(jian)(jian)測(ce)透(tou)過1 & 3 電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)監(jian)(jian)測(ce)透(tou)過1 & 2。下面描述了電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)監(jian)(jian)測(ce)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)的(de)(de)接腳配(pei)置。
為了啟動負載,Load on (pin5) 和 GND (pin1) 端需透過低電壓(0~1V),同樣,若需要透過較(jiao)高電壓(4-5V);Load on 輸入電壓必須(xu)為TTL。
