PEL-2000A可(ke)編程直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)子負(fu)(fu)載(zai),此電(dian)(dian)子負(fu)(fu)載(zai)可(ke)以(yi)工作(zuo)在(zai)定電(dian)(dian)流(liu)、定電(dian)(dian)壓、定電(dian)(dian)阻模式下(xia),還可(ke)仿真各種動態(tai)負(fu)(fu)載(zai)狀況,透過序列功(gong)能進行負(fu)(fu)載(zai)電(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)流(liu)、負(fu)(fu)載(zai)的(de)上升及(ji)(ji)下(xia)降(jiang)斜率、電(dian)(dian)流(liu)準(zhun)位、持續時間等參數(shu)來編輯負(fu)(fu)載(zai)波形,同時提供外部(bu)波形信號控制以(yi)及(ji)(ji)V&I監測(ce)功(gong)能,測(ce)試參數(shu)及(ji)(ji)狀態(tai)的(de)存儲可(ke)高達120組,系統可(ke)根據自(zi)動測(ce)試需求,隨時由儀器內(nei)部(bu)的(de)儲存單元EEPROM中呼(hu)叫出(chu)來使(shi)用。

A. AUTOMATICALLY SEQUENCE FUNCTION
每個(ge)(ge)通(tong)(tong)(tong)道可(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)單獨設置(zhi)快速(su)(su)序(xu)列(lie),每通(tong)(tong)(tong)道多(duo)可(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)建立120個(ge)(ge)點、延遲時間等,每一(yi)步(bu)階小可(ke)(ke)(ke)設定為(wei)100us。在相同(tong)(tong)的(de)控制(zhi)模式下,可(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)同(tong)(tong)時進行多(duo)通(tong)(tong)(tong)道的(de)序(xu)列(lie)控制(zhi),并模擬(ni)交換式電源供應(ying)(ying)器加(jia)載(zai)行為(wei),這(zhe)是PEL-2000A系列(lie)強(qiang)而有力的(de)特征之一(yi),可(ke)(ke)(ke)運用在多(duo)通(tong)(tong)(tong)道輸出電源供應(ying)(ying)器的(de)模擬(ni)。在動態模式下,負(fu)載(zai)電流(liu)或(huo)脈沖負(fu)載(zai)電阻(zu)其兩個(ge)(ge)預置(zhi)準(zhun)位的(de)條件設置(zhi)速(su)(su)度(du),每一(yi)步(bu)階可(ke)(ke)(ke)達(da)25us,這(zhe)通(tong)(tong)(tong)常是作為(wei)標準(zhun)測試程序(xu),以(yi)驗證負(fu)載(zai)快速(su)(su)變化的(de)響應(ying)(ying)。

B. MULTIPLE OPERATING MODE
C.C. ( 定電流運作模式 )
定電(dian)流(liu)(liu)模式(shi)(shi)下,負(fu)載單元根據所設置的值吸入(ru)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)量,無(wu)論(lun)電(dian)壓多大,電(dian)流(liu)(liu)保持不變(bian)。CC模式(shi)(shi)下共有兩個檔位(wei):高(gao)(HI)與低(LOW)檔位(wei),低檔位(wei)的分辨率(lv)比高(gao)檔位(wei)高(gao),用于精密測試,當電(dian)流(liu)(liu)超出(chu)低檔位(wei)范(fan)圍(wei)時(shi)就需切換配置文件位(wei)zhigao檔(dang)位。PEL-2000A系列(lie)可程(cheng)序直(zhi)流電子負載,低范圍(wei)所能承受的功率為該型(xing)號大的額定功率。CC模(mo)式下(xia)包含(han)靜(jing)態(tai)(tai)(tai)與(yu)動態(tai)(tai)(tai)兩(liang)個主要模(mo)式,靜(jing)態(tai)(tai)(tai)模(mo)式用于(yu)穩(wen)定測試,動態(tai)(tai)(tai)模(mo)式用于(yu)測試瞬間負載,在動態(tai)(tai)(tai)與(yu)靜(jing)態(tai)(tai)(tai)下(xia)也可使用Go /No Go 功能。
C.V. ( 定電壓運(yun)作模式 )
定(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓模式(shi)下負載單元(yuan)保(bao)持(chi)電(dian)(dian)壓不(bu)變同(tong)時吸取電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),在定(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓模式(shi)下,單信道負載其可以設(she)定(ding)(ding)A & B兩個(ge)值(zhi)以及限(xian)制的(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)值(zhi),亦可透(tou)過負載模塊的(de)前(qian)面(mian)板A/B鍵來切換并(bing)選(xuan)擇A或 B的(de)測試條件(jian)。雙信道負載只能設(she)定(ding)(ding)一個(ge)條件(jian)值(zhi)(A值(zhi)),在CV模式(shi)下可以設(she)定(ding)(ding)響應時間(jian)的(de)快慢。
C.V.+C.C. ( 恒壓(ya)+恒流(liu)模(mo)式(shi) )
在(zai)定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)模(mo)式下,可設定一個電(dian)(dian)流限制,可進入(ru)CV+CC模(mo)式。當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)輸入(ru)大(da)于(yu)A值(zhi),并(bing)且(qie)輸入(ru)電(dian)(dian)流低于(yu)限制電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,信道運行(xing)在(zai)CV模(mo)式,當電(dian)(dian)流大(da)于(yu)限制時,信道將進入(ru)CC模(mo)式。
C.R. ( 定電(dian)阻模式(shi) )
定電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)模(mo)式(shi)下負(fu)載(zai)單元(yuan)吸(xi)收成(cheng)線性(xing)比例的(de)電(dian)(dian)流與電(dian)(dian)壓以匹(pi)配所設定的(de)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值。單通(tong)道(dao)。單通(tong)道(dao)有兩種值,2個檔位及上升與下降(jiang)轉換速(su)率(lv)。和(he)(he)CC模(mo)式(shi)一樣(yang)定電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)支持(chi)動態與靜(jing)態負(fu)載(zai),和(he)(he)其他(ta)負(fu)載(zai)一樣(yang),CR模(mo)式(shi)支持(chi)GO/NG功能。
C. PARALLEL DYNAMIC LOADING
PEL-2000A主(zhu)控的每個(ge)通道(dao)都可以并(bing)聯使用(yong),并(bing)可操作在(zai)動(dong)(dong)態(tai)(tai)與靜態(tai)(tai)模式(shi)下。在(zai)動(dong)(dong)態(tai)(tai)模式(shi)下,負(fu)載(zai)(zai)可設定兩個(ge)準(zhun)位,兩準(zhun)位之間的延遲小可設定為0.025ms。當信道(dao)并(bing)聯使用(yong)時,動(dong)(dong)態(tai)(tai)測試必(bi)須(xu)要同步。透過并(bing)聯可有效的執行動(dong)(dong)態(tai)(tai)高(gao)功率負(fu)載(zai)(zai),無需采用(yong)大功率的負(fu)載(zai)(zai)機來(lai)提供。
D. FRAME LINK
PEL-2000A系列可(ke)透過負(fu)載控制接口,連接多(duo)個電子負(fu)載,接面均(jun)為標(biao)準(zhun)的MIL20-pin接口,多(duo)可(ke)以將4個副(fu)控機(ji)框與diyi主機框(kuang)相(xiang)互并(bing)接。
E. RUN PROGRAM
在(zai)編程序(xu)列模(mo)式下,共有(you)(you)12組編程序(xu)列,每一(yi)組程序(xu)中有(you)(you)10個序(xu)列,透過編輯參(can)數可進行重(zhong)復測(ce)試,運(yun)行完成后(hou),所有(you)(you)的測(ce)試結(jie)果包(bao)含GO/NG判斷結(jie)果將會全部顯示在(zai)窗口上。

PEL-2000A系列包含多種保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)模(mo)式:過(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(OCP)、過(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(OVP)、過(guo)(guo)(guo)功率保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(OPP)、反極(ji)性(xing)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(RVP)、低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(UVP),各種保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)模(mo)式都能有(you)效(xiao)地(di)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)負(fu)(fu)(fu)載(zai)與待測(ce)體(ti)(ti),當(dang)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)設(she)定(ding)被觸發(fa),蜂鳴器(qi)將會發(fa)出(chu)(chu)警(jing)報(bao)音,同時負(fu)(fu)(fu)載(zai)發(fa)出(chu)(chu)警(jing)報(bao)停止負(fu)(fu)(fu)載(zai)吸入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)及電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),負(fu)(fu)(fu)載(zai)運(yun)用(yong)在CV、CR模(mo)式時必須(xu)要設(she)定(ding)過(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)來(lai)限制(zhi)(zhi)負(fu)(fu)(fu)載(zai)的(de)(de)吸收電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),建議設(she)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)限制(zhi)(zhi)來(lai)防(fang)止負(fu)(fu)(fu)載(zai)燒壞。過(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)用(yong)來(lai)限制(zhi)(zhi)負(fu)(fu)(fu)載(zai)的(de)(de)吸入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),當(dang)設(she)定(ding)好限制(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),負(fu)(fu)(fu)載(zai)就會有(you)效(xiao)的(de)(de)限制(zhi)(zhi)吸入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)來(lai)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)負(fu)(fu)(fu)載(zai)。反向極(ji)性(xing)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)可(ke)有(you)效(xiao)的(de)(de)防(fang)止反接帶來(lai)的(de)(de)儀(yi)器(qi)損(sun)(sun)壞,透(tou)過(guo)(guo)(guo)設(she)定(ding)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)范圍(wei),可(ke)有(you)效(xiao)的(de)(de)防(fang)止待測(ce)體(ti)(ti)因電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)(guo)(guo)低帶來(lai)的(de)(de)損(sun)(sun)壞。
G. Von VOLTAGE SETTINGS
Von Voltage指負(fu)(fu)載開(kai)始吸(xi)(xi)取電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)時的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓。Von Voltage共有兩種操作模式(shi):Von Latched 開(kai) 及 Von Latched 關(guan)(guan) 。當Von Latched開(kai),當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓值達(da)到Von電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,負(fu)(fu)載開(kai)始吸(xi)(xi)入(ru)(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),且電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓低(di)于(yu)Von電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,仍然持(chi)續吸(xi)(xi)入(ru)(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。Von Latched 關(guan)(guan),電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓值達(da)到Von電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,開(kai)始吸(xi)(xi)入(ru)(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),但(dan)當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓值低(di)于(yu)Von電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,停止吸(xi)(xi)入(ru)(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。如圖:Von Latched被設置為關(guan)(guan)閉時,若Von-Voltage限(xian)制已超過,負(fu)(fu)載模塊將開(kai)始吸(xi)(xi)入(ru)(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),直至輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓下降于(yu)Von-Voltage限(xian)制時,才(cai)會停止吸(xi)(xi)收電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。
H. EXTERNAL CHANNEL CONTROL
透過(guo)后面(mian)板對應通道的(de)6針插槽,可監(jian)測(ce)每(mei)個通道的(de)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)狀(zhuang)況,包括輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)、負載(zai)的(de)On/Off,以及CC與(yu)CV模式的(de)設定。電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓監(jian)測(ce)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu),(VMON) 與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)監(jian)測(ce)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu) (IMON),所(suo)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)的(de)負載(zai)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和(he)負載(zai)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)是其(qi)所(suo)占全刻度的(de)百分比(bi),如0V=0%全刻度輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,10V=100%全刻度輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓。電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓監(jian)測(ce)透過(guo)1 & 3 電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)監(jian)測(ce)透過(guo)1 & 2。下面(mian)描述了電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)監(jian)測(ce)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)的(de)接腳配(pei)置。
為了啟動負(fu)載,Load on (pin5) 和 GND (pin1) 端需透(tou)(tou)過低電壓(0~1V),同(tong)樣,若需要透(tou)(tou)過較高電壓(4-5V);Load on 輸入電壓必須為TTL。
